Pinterest's "Italian Chicken" was easy, quick, and GOOD!
I try to cook for two since its just Donald and I. Sometimes i like leftovers for lunch the next day. So two chicken breasts was plenty.
I think I fell in love with artichokes! I bought "marinated artichokes" in the jar at walmart.
I also made sure I used FRESH basil leaves. The flavor is soooooo good. This recipe is for sure a keeper! |
