Swedish Meatballs

AHHH swedish meatballs over egg noodles. 


This took a little longer to make than I thought, but it sure was worth it. This is a low fat recipe originally from laloosh.com. I found it on Pinterest. So worth making again, but maybe not on a weeknight when we both are starving. I added a little cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it up. I added my egg noodles to the pan of meatballs and sauce. (You may be able to see the steam in the pic). I never cooked anything with meat and cinnamon  in the same recipe.. I was happy with it!
